Last news from Animus on the 21st of December 2001 at 06:20:55

Well, we have reached the final chapter of the Animus story. This will be the last update on the site, as you know it. On Thursday the 20th of December, Animus played their last match, on LAN against yakuza as part of the opening of the new Boomtown cafe in Århus. The map drawn was de_train, and after approximately half an hour of play, Animus reached the score of 13-6 making Animus the winner of their last match. Thanks to yakuza for a pleasant evening, and thanks to Boomtown for a nice event.

These are the final words, as Animus retire with over 50 official matches played, and a win percentage of around 90%. We competed in a number of online tournaments and ladders, such as Clanbase Eurocup 2, Opencup Fall 2001, 1337-league, CS-league, and Clanbase Danish CS Ladder, which in it self brought 37 matches and only one defeat. We also competed in several offline events, such as 2 Nettrip LANs, Bawls Cup, Boomtown Invitational Copenhagen, Boomtown Opening Match Århus and CPL Berlin. Throughout our 17 months on the danish clan-scene, we lost and gained some members, here is a complete list:
